Privacy Policy

Future Practice is operated by HUDAC s.r.o. ("we," "our," or "us"). This policy explains how we handle information when you use app.futurepractice.ai (the "Platform") and our marketing site at futurepractice.ai.

Information we collect

• Account details — name, email, and password hash when you create a workspace.
• Practice details — practice name, location, website, voice, and goals you enter during setup or later edits.
• Advertising connections — when you connect Meta or Google Ads, we store OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest), the ad accounts you choose to link, and campaign performance snapshots (spend, impressions, clicks, and related metrics) so we can show your dashboard and apply pause or budget changes you request.
• Action history — a log of campaign writes you make from the Platform (pause, resume, budget changes).
• Technical data — IP address, browser, and security signals needed to keep the service available and prevent abuse.

How we use it

• Operate your workspace and authenticate your session.
• Display ads performance for the accounts you authorize, and carry out the campaign actions you approve.
• Maintain security, debug issues, and improve the product.
• Contact you about your account or material product changes.

Advertising platforms

Connecting Meta or Google Ads is optional and always done with your login. We only request the scopes needed to read performance and apply the campaign controls you use. Tokens are stored encrypted. You can disconnect a provider from the brand page; that revokes Platform access for that connection. Meta and Google process data under their own policies when you authorize those connections.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with infrastructure providers that host the Platform (compute, database, object storage) and with Meta or Google only as required to fulfill an authorization you started. Agency operators you invite may see the same workspace data you can see.

Retention

Account and practice data stay until you ask us to delete the workspace. Advertising tokens are removed when you disconnect. Snapshots and action logs may be kept for a limited period to support audit and support requests.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Email info@futurepractice.com. If you are in the EEA/UK, HUDAC s.r.o. is the controller for Platform account data.
