The service
The Platform is a workspace for your practice: brand profiles, connecting your own Meta and Google Ads accounts, viewing performance, and applying campaign controls you choose. Features may change as we ship.
Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. Public signup creates a standard user account and makes you owner of the practice workspace you set up. It never grants Future Practice staff / admin privileges.
Advertising connections
You authorize ad-platform access with your own credentials. You are responsible for the campaigns and spend on those accounts. Pause and budget actions you confirm in the Platform are executed against the provider APIs you connected.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, attempt to access other workspaces, or use the Platform to violate Meta, Google, or applicable advertising law.
Disclaimer
The Platform is provided as-is. We do not guarantee specific advertising results. To the extent permitted by law, HUDAC s.r.o. is not liable for lost spend, lost profits, or indirect damages arising from use of the Platform or connected ad accounts.
